Welcome to Nourish & Lift’s ladies-only strength class. It’s an hour of weightlifting specifically programmed for women.

Our strength class is designed to improve your power, strength and agility – all with no cardio in sight!

Whether you’re looking to fast track your body composition goals, or you’re an athlete looking for a competitive edge over your competition, Nourish & Lift’s strength class is for you.

Coach Sarah‘s knowledge and experience as an accredited Australian Weightlifting Level 1 coach, coupled with her pre-and postnatal training give you the confidence and reassurance you need in the weights room, especially as a mama-to-be or if you’re getting back into your strength training post baby.

Whatever you goal, you’ll soon discover how much fun it is lifting weights with a bunch of ladies.

What to expect:

  • Technique and skill progression in the Olympic barbell movements: snatch and clean & jerk
  • Squats
  • Bench press
  • Deadlifts
