Head Coach Sarah has designed a comprehensive training program specifically for the needs of women.
We believe that you do not need to train every day to reach your fitness and body composition goals! We believe that rest and proper recovery between workouts is an essential aspect of your training program.
At Nourish & Lift we offer three small group fitness classes per week – with each class having it’s own unique focus.
Pick and choose which class(es) suit your fitness goals and your schedule.
- Sunday – 9:00-10:00 Bootcamp – conditioning session where anything goes!
- Tuesday – 19:30-20:30 Strength – ladies only weightlifting
- Thursday – 19:30-20:30 Strength & Conditioning – combines the best of both worlds with a mix of weight training, gymnastics and everything in between.
