To celebrate the start of your very own health journey, I invite you to come to a Nourish & Lift 1 hour Workshop. Here, we’ll discuss goal setting, staying on track and how the primal lifestyle actually works on a more scientific level (trust me, I have a PhD ). I invite you all to bring along a plate of healthy food to share. This will be a great chance to meet your fellow Nourish & Lifters and to ask me any questions you may have regarding your health and fitness.
