Alternating step ups
This was my round of 12.
Tips for the workout
1. Scale your burpees accordingly. Try doing the burpee without touching your chest to the ground.
2. If you don’t have a bench or a solid chair to step up on, replace step ups with alternating lunges.
3. Perform your dips on the edge of a chair or a couch if you don’t have a bench.
