Listen to your body
Your body gives you cues for when it’s time to eat, sleep and be active. Let’s make a conscious effort to be more in-tune with our bodies. Eat when your hungry. Stop when you’re full. You should never feel too hungry. Eating well isn’t about calorie control or will power; it’s about fuelling your body with the healthiest, nutritious food possible. I had a pretty intense workout yesterday, so after dinner when I was still a little hungry, I sliced up some strawberries, grabbed a handful of blueberries and a dollop of full fat cream. I was totally satisfied after this; it was delicious and nutritious!
